PRODUCTION OPERATOR I – GENERAL LABOR
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3 AM – 1:30 PM; Friday 5 AM – 1:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator I, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality products. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellence and contributing to our production processes.
Responsibilities:

Mixing:
- Read and interpret manufacturing order instructions to gather, measure, weigh, and document ingredients accurately.
- Load required ingredients (weighing up to 50 lbs) into mixers, blend based on time specifications, and unload the mixed batch for transfer to the next process.

Extrusion Process:
- Process mixed batches through extrusion equipment to create finished products.
- Utilize product controls to conduct sensory checks, ensuring the finished product meets customer specifications.

Polishing:
- Manage and transfer finished products from extrusion and drying processes.
- Apply finishing touches using the panning process, loading products from drums, carts, or trays into polishing pans and adding liquid ingredients.

Qualifications:
- Steel toe shoes or boots are required.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
