Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Production Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Elk Grove Village, IL. Sound like something you’re interested in? Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, M-F 3a-1:30p

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Reading and following manufacturing order instructions to gather, measure, weigh, and document ingredients
- Loading ingredients (up to 50 lbs.) into mixers, blending based on time specifications, and transferring batches to the next process
- Operating extrusion equipment and conducting product sensory checks to ensure quality standards
- Managing and transferring finished product through polishing and finishing processes, using drums, carts, trays, and polishing pans
- Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout all stages of production
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Have prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor role (preferred)
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a hands-on environment
- Are detail-oriented and able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Are available to work the 1st shift schedule listed above
