Manufacturing Support Associate (Parts Washer) – 3rd Shift

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM -3:30am 10hr shifts 

  • Paid training will be completed on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) for approximately two weeks before transitioning to the regular evening schedule.

  • Four 10-hour shifts

  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

We’re seeking a dependable Manufacturing Support Associate to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This position plays an important role in supporting production by cleaning and preparing manufactured parts for the next stage of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Load and unload manufactured parts into industrial parts washing equipment.

  • Clean metal components by removing oils, coolants, and machining residue.

  • Organize cleaned parts for inspection or additional production processes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow all safety and quality standards.

  • Support production as needed throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift and move parts as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
