Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Looking for a steady Monday–Friday position with weekends off? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an Assembly Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and are dependable, we’d love to hear from you. Training is provided for the specific assembly process.
Responsibilities
- Hand assemble lightweight components with care and precision.
- Apply epoxy adhesives following detailed work instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly tasks.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other hands-on work experience is helpful but not required.
- Dependable with a solid work history and good attendance.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
