What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams and customers to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze product specifications, read blueprints, and design fitments for manufacturing applications.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, manage your own projects, and update clients throughout the fulfillment cycle.
- Serve as a technical expert, performing CAD modeling, engineering calculations, and creating concept drawings.
- Present solutions to clients, support design reviews, and occasionally demonstrate products on-site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in ERP systems, participate in regular team meetings, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in technical sales, applications engineering, or inside sales in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or similar), blueprint reading, and ERP (Epicor or comparable platforms).
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred OR a strong background in technical sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Why You’ll Love It:
- Be part of a stable, collaborative team with direct mentorship from industry experts.
- Own your projects and see your solutions implemented by real customers.
- Competitive salary, performance bonuses, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities.
- A culture of trust, autonomy, and professional development—no micromanaging here!
