Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Video Producer

Working Model: Hybrid (in-office two days per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: South San Francisco CA 
 


Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Video Producer to join our dynamic Content Suite Team. This role blends administrative excellence with advanced video production. You will utilize cutting-edge generative AI and traditional video editing tools to develop multi-channel video assets aligned with our creative vision and brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage generative AI workflows (Adobe, Google) to produce impactful, brand-compliant videos.

  • Edit, compile, and enhance video content for distribution across various channels.

  • Collaborate closely with art directors and creative teams to transform static campaign concepts into motion assets.

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support project management and daily team operations.

  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project documentation.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in video production or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro) and Google AI video generation platforms.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare asset creation/production.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and asset management best practices.
