Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Document & Data Management
Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide document and data management support to our Data and Document Manager and Administrative Associate. If you enjoy working with documents, records, and data, have exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in an organized environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity (3 days per week) with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an important member of the administrative team, you’ll help ensure documents and records are accurate, secure, and well organized by:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for document and file management systems.
- Creating, compiling, organizing, and securing PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat, including bookmarks, metadata, and security settings.
- Performing data entry and maintaining records in Microsoft SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Access databases.
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy records in accordance with established filing and retention procedures.
- Printing, scanning, copying, and filing documents as needed.
- Creating clear, step-by-step process documentation and user guides for document management workflows.
- Supporting the Data and Document Manager and Administrative Associate with additional document management and administrative projects.
Qualifications for Success
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, Word, and Microsoft Access.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat for PDF creation, editing, bookmarking, and document security.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in document-intensive work.
- Experience organizing and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Sound judgment and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating progress to team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, records management, or document control experience is preferred.
