Production Control Coordinator Wanted
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role will coordinate work orders, production schedules, inventory, and material availability to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Review, release, and distribute work orders and pick lists
Track production, material shortages, schedule changes, and completion dates
Update work orders and inventory transactions in an ERP system
Maintain accurate production reports and records
Coordinate with Production, Materials, Quality, and Shipping teams
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of production control, inventory, planning, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong data-entry and organizational skills
Microsoft Excel and ERP experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Manufacturing experience preferred
