Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.41 per hour

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Operator? You’ll be:

  • Performing picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, put away, and shipping of pharmaceutical inventory.

  • Maintaining effective communication and relationships with distribution and customer service teams.

  • Following all regulatory, safety, and company procedures using technology and warehouse management systems (WMS), including Blue Yonder.

  • Assisting Distribution Supervisor with procedural issues and providing feedback for process improvements.

  • Actively participating in team meetings and supporting quality management initiatives.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health standards at all times.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Bring at least 6 months of experience in a GXP or regulated environment (preferred).

  • Possess experience with Blue Yonder or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with warehouse technology.

  • Are willing to learn, work in a cold chain (2-8°C) warehouse environment, and become forklift certified.

  • Are safety-minded, proactive, and a strong communicator.
