Salary: $32.00-38.00 an hour

We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Dover, NH office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with litigation experience who can independently manage case responsibilities while supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation and resolution.

  • Support attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process.

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery materials.

  • Assist with discovery requests, responses, document review, and case organization.

  • Prepare and organize exhibits, medical records, and trial materials.

  • File legal documents electronically in New Hampshire State and Federal Courts.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, court personnel, and opposing counsel.

  • Request, review, summarize, and organize medical records and related documentation.

  • Coordinate medical appointments, including permanent impairment evaluations.

  • Track litigation deadlines, court schedules, case milestones, and attorney calendars.

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and case strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm environment.

  • Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing plaintiff personal injury files from intake through litigation.

  • Knowledge of medical records, insurance claims, discovery, and litigation procedures.

  • Familiarity with New Hampshire court procedures and filing requirements.

  • Strong legal writing, organization, and document management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Experience with Filevine or other legal case management software is a plus.
