Warehouse Associate / Material Handler – $22/hr – Temp-to-Hire – Days
At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join a growing team in the Rochester area! If you enjoy staying active, working in a warehouse environment, and providing great customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay:
- $22.00/hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify materials before loading to ensure order accuracy
- Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials
- Keep the warehouse, office, and company vehicles clean and organized
- Assist walk-in customers by locating and preparing the materials they need for pickup
- Work closely with the inside sales team to fulfill customer orders
- Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to regularly lift 40-70 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years old
