Finishing Machine Associate | 1st & 2nd Shift | Weekly Pay

Location: West Henrietta, NY

Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)

  • 2nd Shift: $19.00–$21.00/hour plus applicable shift premium (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday – 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday – 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks.

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Finishing Machine Associates to join a premier optics manufacturer in West Henrietta, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly pay, and the chance to build a long-term career with an innovative manufacturing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate finishing equipment used to manufacture precision optical components.

  • Perform glass finishing processes such as drilling, dicing, beveling, laser marking, and cleaning.

  • Inspect products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Identify and report quality concerns.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or quality inspection experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to perform repetitive work while standing or sitting for extended periods.

  • Good visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish colors.

  • Dependable with a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
