Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.25 per hour based on shift

Shift: 2nd shift and 3rd shifts available

What’s a typical day as Precision Assembler? You’ll be:

  • Learning and following detailed work instructions to assemble medical devices and components

  • Performing assembly tasks such as gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding using hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses

  • Handling and evaluating the quality of small parts throughout the manufacturing process

  • Troubleshooting simple equipment malfunctions and supporting a safe working environment

  • Communicating production or equipment issues to the team lead or supervisor

  • Collaborating effectively within a team and adhering to shop practices, including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment

  • Supporting LEAN operations through safety observations, idea generation, and routine board updates

  • Meeting quality assurance standards and accurately completing associated documentation

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Possess prior experience in assembly or manufacturing environments (preferred)

  • Are comfortable working on 2nd shift hours, Monday through Friday

  • Can follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team

  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality

  • Are able to use hand tools and basic bench top equipment
