Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Open/Flexible – 20–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Long-Term Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire

Kelly® is hiring Cart Collectors to support T&T Supermarket’s Bellevue location. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing friendly customer service in a busy retail environment.

We are looking for candidates with flexible availability, especially those who can work evenings, nights, and weekends. The more flexible your schedule, the more hours you may receive!

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and store areas

  • Keep carts organized and available for customers

  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment

  • Assist customers when needed with a friendly and helpful attitude

  • Stay active while walking and standing for extended periods

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and dependable attendance

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

  • Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

  • Flexible availability preferred, especially nights and weekends

  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and store procedures

Schedule Details

  • Flexible scheduling available

  • Approximately 20–40 hours per week

  • Greater availability = more opportunities for hours

  • High need for night and weekend availability

Requirements

  • Must wear:

    • Long pants

    • Closed-toe shoes

    • Comfortable work attire
