Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (fully onsite)

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Professionally handling customer communications via phone and email.

  • Processing and managing customer orders, including updates and modifications.

  • Coordinating customer orders with internal departments and global teams.

  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints in partnership with Sales and other departments.

  • Supporting accounts receivable activities with the assigned team.

  • Providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders.

  • Utilizing internal systems to manage customer activity.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Assisting with additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (required).

  • Bring previous customer service experience in a professional office or manufacturing environment.

  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Are self-motivated and thrive working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Have SAP experience (preferred, but not required).
