Looking for the perfect summer gig? Kelly Services is seeking energetic, dependable team members as Shipping Associates for a leading company in Elgin, IL.
Pay Rates & Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($16.00/hr)
- Split Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:15pm ($17.50/hr)

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with internal teams to ship final products to customers
- Load, sort, and move packaged goods/boxes (up to 50 lbs with team lift)
- Handle shipping documents and enter data using computer systems
- Organize and prepare materials for processing (labeling, packaging, shrink-wrapping)
- Work on your feet at a standing desk in a warehouse environment
- Move product between pallets and get those steps in!
Who Should Apply?
- You have basic computer and key entry skills (familiarity with Windows and Motorola WM is a plus)
- You’re comfortable with physical work and team lifting
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
- You’re available for a full shift on your feet
