Manufacturing Operator Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Full-time
Shifts: 3rd shift opportunities available
3rd shift 9pm-7:30am
Job Overview:
Join our team in a fast-paced, dusty environment where you’ll assist with production tasks, operate machinery, and move materials. This position requires regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, forklifts).
- Move materials and products manually and with machinery.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills; Microsoft Office/ERP experience a plus.
- Good communication and attention to detail is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift experience and OSHA compliance preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
