We’re seeking a Coordinator of Advanced Clinical Systems to work at a leading healthcare technology organization in San Juan, PR. A Direct Hire/Permanent Position.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $13.50 per hour + Medical Plan + Regular employees benefits
Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

What’s a typical day as a Coordinator of Advanced Clinical Systems? You’ll be:
- Coordinating all service requests received via phone calls or emails, following established processes, and maximizing division resources to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Attending to daily customer communications (calls, texts, emails) regarding hospital equipment service requests.
- Preparing and sending service quotations, verifying warranty status, and referring approved quotations for payment processing.
- Creating service calls in Salesforce and assigning to the appropriate technician based on availability, training, and location.
- Gathering complete information about equipment issues and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce.
- Verifying service completion and closure cycles in Salesforce.
- Invoicing completed services using Acumatica and ensuring correct billing.
- Maintaining updated equipment lists in Salesforce and Excel, including frequency of required maintenance as indicated by manufacturers.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance with clients and scheduling in Salesforce.
- Preparing quotations for parts, services, and maintenance outside of contract terms.
- Handling requests from service technicians, sales consultants, application specialists, and management to ensure all client services are completed effectively.
- Creating and maintaining contract information in Acumatica for timely invoicing.
- Managing the assignment and certification tracking of specialized instruments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in administrative or operations support roles in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- High school graduate and two years of university or some technical course completed.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Are proficient with technology platforms such as Salesforce, Acumatica, and Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual. Can communicate effectively (verbal and written) in Spanish and English.
- Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities..
