Data Entry Associate

Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday 
Pay Rate: $22/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Associate to support our Customer Service team in Neenah, WI. This position will play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to our team’s overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems

  • Assist with data verification and quality control

  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to support daily operations

  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for organizing and analyzing information

  • Follow established procedures for data management and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis)

  • SAP experience or experience in similar programs is a must

  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Quick learner with a willingness to learn new processes and systems

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

  • Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
