Data Entry Associate
Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $22/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Associate to support our Customer Service team in Neenah, WI. This position will play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to our team’s overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems
- Assist with data verification and quality control
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the customer service team to support daily operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for organizing and analyzing information
- Follow established procedures for data management and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis)
- SAP experience or experience in similar programs is a must
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
