Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, (Temporary – Potential for Permanent Hire)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking two dependable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, productivity, and a positive attitude may be considered for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using a picking cart and RF scanner.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
- Follow warehouse procedures and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience using an RF scanner is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be available.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay (if applicable).
