Job Title: Inventory Reconciliation Specialist (Temp-to-Hire, Entry-Level)
Location: Onsite – Production/Repair Facility
Hours: Tentatively 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime may be required)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Assignment Duration: Short-term (Temp-to-Hire)


 

Job Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist with experience in manufacturing or production environments to join our repair/refurbishment operations team. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping functions, especially during month-end and quarter-end periods.


Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Perform bin checks and maintain reliable inventory balances

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP systems (Oracle experience ideal)

  • Investigate variances and analyze inventory movements alongside cross-functional teams

  • Generate weekly inventory reports for business and senior management

  • Follow all warehouse procedures and support production escalations related to inventory

  • Assist in shipping activities during high-volume periods (overtime required)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: GED or High School Diploma required

  • Experience: Prior inventory counting/reconciliation experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (vlookup, match, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

    • ERP or inventory system experience (Oracle considered an asset)


  • Attributes:

    • Self-disciplined, honest, and consistent work history

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication

    • Team player, positive attitude

    • Computer literate


Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable performing physical work

  • Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs

  • No safety-sensitive functions; no safety equipment required

Work Environment & Reporting

  • 100% onsite in a production/repair setting

  • Department function: Repairing/refurbishment of MSI equipment supported by Video Repair

  • Reports to: Operations Manager

  • No direct reports
