Location: North Dallas (Near Mockingbird Lane & US-75)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Assignment Dates:
August 13 – August 28 (Temporary Assignment)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Mailroom Clerk to assist with a high-volume move-in season. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing incoming packages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced mailroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming packages and deliveries
- Sort and organize packages for resident pickup
- Scan and log packages into the tracking system
- Assist residents with package pickup and answer basic questions
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient mailroom
- Lift and move packages as needed
- Follow company procedures for package handling and security
Qualifications
- Previous mailroom, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable lifting packages up to 40 lbs.
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Friendly and professional communication skills
