Temporary Mailroom Clerk – Package Processing
 
Location: North Dallas (Near Mockingbird Lane & US-75)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch

Assignment Dates:
August 13 – August 28 (Temporary Assignment)
 
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Mailroom Clerk to assist with a high-volume move-in season. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing incoming packages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced mailroom environment.
 
Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming packages and deliveries

  • Sort and organize packages for resident pickup

  • Scan and log packages into the tracking system

  • Assist residents with package pickup and answer basic questions

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient mailroom

  • Lift and move packages as needed

  • Follow company procedures for package handling and security

 
Qualifications

  • Previous mailroom, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable lifting packages up to 40 lbs.

  • Dependable with excellent attendance

  • Friendly and professional communication skills
