Cycle Count Coordinator – Stanley Black & Decker
Location: 12827 Valley Branch Ln, Dallas, TX 75234
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19.36 per hour
Job Summary
The Cycle Count Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory by performing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring the warehouse management system matches physical inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts throughout the warehouse.
- Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Research inventory variances caused by receiving, shipping, or internal transfers.
- Process inventory adjustments after verification.
- Audit warehouse locations for accuracy and organization.
- Report damaged, missing, or mislabeled inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and inventory control teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday in a warehouse environment.
Typical Workday
A typical day involves reviewing assigned count locations, performing physical inventory counts, comparing counts with system records, researching discrepancies, making necessary inventory adjustments, completing inventory audits, and communicating findings to the inventory control team. The goal is to ensure inventory accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations.
