Job Title: Production Associate (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Irvine CA
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for buffing or polishing small parts, trimming parts, and completing simple assembly operations on large or medium-sized components, either by hand or with machine assistance. This role involves repetitive work to meet company production quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Buff or polish small parts
- Trim parts as needed
- Complete simple assembly operations—by hand or assisted by machines—on large or medium-sized components
- Perform repetitive work efficiently to meet company quotas
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly
