Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our production team. This position involves assembling headphones using small parts and hand tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble headphones and components using small parts and hand tools.
- Read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Work with small components requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Stand during the shift as needed.
- Cross-train in other production areas and assist team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Experience with small parts assembly preferred.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks as needed.

Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $18.00/hour
