Job Title: Material Handler – Warehouse Associate (Cherry Picker)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Shifts: Mon to Fri 

• 2nd shift 6pm-4am $21.00hr

Summary

As a Material Handler – Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory flow by pulling materials from bins, loading onto trucks, receiving shipments, and using inventory management systems. Job Purpose

• Maintain smooth movement and accurate records of stocked and delivered inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks, inspecting for quality standards.
  

• Stock, transfer, and place materials on shelves, bins, racks, or pipe bundles according to size, type, style, and length.
  

• Mark materials with correct identification.
  

• Transfer materials to and from modification shops.
  

• Assemble customer orders from stock, package orders in boxes/pallets per customer requirements.
  

• Pull orders for delivery and stock transfers, using forklift, overhead crane, and heavy equipment.
  

• Load materials onto trucks or transfer to packing area.
  

• Prepare shipment documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air.
  

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies.
  

• Adhere to safety policies, guidelines, and training requirements.
  

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  

• Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
  

• Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
  

• Ability to learn federal, health, and safety regulations.
  

• Typing and basic computer skills.
  

• Basic math and reading skills.
  

• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) warehouse operations and business processes.

Additional Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (DL).
  

• Must provide documentation verifying legal work status.
  

• Proficiency in English (read, speak, understand safety instructions and respond to inquiries).
  

• Ability to comply with company guidelines and expectations, including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest.

• Position is based in the Grand Prairie area.
