Up to $61.45/Hour Total Compensation
Base Rate: $56.36/hr
Health & Welfare Benefit: $5.09/hr
Employees who waive healthcare benefits may be eligible to receive the Health & Welfare amount as additional wages, in accordance with SCA guidelines (up to 40 hours per week).

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

Position Overview
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, patient monitoring, and coordination of care for patients requiring acute and critical care nursing services.
While this position is aligned with the critical care service line, patient assignments may vary based on operational needs and census demands.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)
- Active, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of two years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience within the last five years
- Experience in one or more of the following settings:
- ICU
- MICU
- SICU
- CCU
- PACU
- ICU
- Ability to successfully complete federal credentialing and background screening requirements
Schedule
Night Shift
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
- Four weekend shifts per month
- Additional shifts may be available
- Schedule released monthly to support advance planning
