Senior Digital Product Manager – People Leadership
Monday-Friday start time: 7am PST
Remote – United States | Temporary/Contract
Pay Rate: $65.00–$75.00/hour
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.

Are you an experienced digital leader who gets energized by developing people, building high-performing teams, and turning digital strategy into results?
Seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a team of 3–5 Digital Marketing and MarTech Specialists while overseeing the adoption, optimization, and evolution of digital marketing technologies across the organization.
This is a highly visible people leadership role. You will be responsible for setting direction, coaching and developing your team, balancing workloads, removing roadblocks, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Lead, Coach & Develop a High-Performing Team
- Directly manage and develop a team of 3–5 Digital Marketing and MarTech Specialists.
- Set clear expectations, goals, priorities, and performance objectives.
- Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback to support professional growth.
- Identify strengths, development opportunities, and training needs across the team.
- Create an environment built on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and trust.
- Manage workloads and allocate resources across competing projects and priorities.
- Recognize accomplishments and motivate the team to achieve shared goals.
- Address performance challenges proactively and professionally.
- Foster career development and help team members expand their digital and MarTech expertise.
Own Digital Products & Platforms
- Oversee a portfolio of digital marketing and MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Anyword, and similar technologies.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, adoption, and value.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement new capabilities and improvements.
- Monitor platform performance, usage, adoption, and effectiveness.
Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships
- Serve as a trusted partner to corporate marketing teams and Operating Companies (OpCos).
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, platform users, IT partners, and external vendors.
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Communicate priorities, project status, challenges, and opportunities clearly.
- Help resolve issues and remove barriers impacting the team or business.
Drive Adoption & Change
- Lead initiatives that increase adoption and effective use of digital marketing platforms.
- Develop training, communications, enablement programs, and best practices.
- Help teams understand the value of new technologies and capabilities.
- Champion change and guide users through new processes and technology implementations.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
Improve Processes & Business Performance
- Establish scalable processes for platform intake, prioritization, documentation, and support.
- Monitor platform utilization and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and optimize the MarTech portfolio.
- Support vendor management, licensing, renewals, and business cases.
- Partner with IT on integrations, system enhancements, and technology improvements.
- Use data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in digital product management, MarTech, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Experience managing digital marketing platforms within an enterprise, agency, consulting, or shared-services environment.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving technology adoption, change management, and user enablement.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively allocate team resources.
