Help keep a growing advanced-manufacturing site safe, secure, and running smoothly. Compal USA Technology is building next-generation AI servers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions- and we’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to support our facilities and security operations in Georgetown.
Hours and Salary: 7a-4p Mon-Fri / $26/hr (starting)
What you’ll do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and facility infrastructure.
- Support security systems, including badge access, CCTV, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
- Troubleshoot facility and security issues, coordinating repairs when needed.
- Inspect facility and security equipment to help ensure it’s ready and working properly.
- Respond promptly to service requests and security-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service documentation.
- Support workplace safety, emergency response, site security, and badge management procedures.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or security systems support.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical certification or trade school training is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility is a plus.
