Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
Shift: M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Job Type: Direct Hire — Onsite

What’s a typical day as Legal Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining litigation case materials, exhibits, and evidence.
- Managing case files and emails using electronic document management systems.
- Handling calendar management, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication with clients, courts, and external parties.
- Coordinating logistics for depositions, hearings, and trials, including scheduling and preparing documents.
- Reviewing and summarizing deposition transcripts and discovery materials for attorney reference.
- Inputting time entries on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Opening new client and/or matter numbers and performing conflict checks.
- Responding to inquiries from callers, taking accurate and complete messages.
- Providing timely information to clients and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Backing up team members by providing administrative support to other attorneys/paralegals when needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 7+ years of experience in a legal administrative support role, preferably within a litigation environment
- Are familiar with legal terminology, procedures, and document management systems
- Understand legal terminology, basic legal procedures, and law firm document protocols
- Have knowledge of legal document formats such as contracts and agreements
- Have excellent organizational skills and are meticulous with details
- Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; certification in legal studies or as a legal assistant is preferred
- Have the ability to attend meetings or court proceedings as necessary
