Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm, with willingness to work flexible hours as necessary, including weekends

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator I? You’ll be:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly, including screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, and conveyors
- Interfacing with complex machine hardware and software to ensure proper operation
- Inspecting your own work to ensure quality and reporting any defective components
- Maintaining accurate data logs and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area
- Following written and verbal instructions in compliance with established workmanship standards
- Participating in quality teams and training other employees as required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Have 1+ years of experience operating SMT equipment (preferred)
- Are IPC-A-610 certified (preferred) and have completed ESD training
- Possess knowledge of component identification, nomenclature, and handling, including ESD requirements
- Have basic computer skills, good organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
- Can follow written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids, and communicate effectively in English
- Are familiar with ISO9001 and IPC-610 requirements (preferred)
- Are willing to work 2nd shift and flexible hours, including weekends
- Meet the requirements to be a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or those granted amnesty due to ITAR-controlled technical data)
