Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday thru Friday 3:30pm to 12am
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator I? You’ll be:
- Maintaining operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines.
- Ensuring all kits sent to the production floor have correct part numbers, quantities, and orientation.
- Checking kit pick lists and verifying material conditions.
- Handling set-up, operation, and maintenance of screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Splicing reels and ensuring supplies are ready for assembly.
- Assisting with maintaining ISO 9001 documentation relevant to the area.
- Maintaining cleanliness of your work area and supporting a safe workspace.
- Supporting other responsibilities as directed to meet business needs.

- Are a team player, comfortable working with employees at all levels in a diverse environment.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Shop Floor Systems.
- Have experience with ISO 9001 standards (preferred).
- Are willing and able to work flexible hours as necessary.
- Meet the requirements of a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or temporary residents granted amnesty due to ITAR controlled technical data).
