Macedon, NY | Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire
Kelly is hiring Warehouse Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire for individuals who have warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience.

Pay
- 2nd Shift: $21.75/hr
- 3rd Shift: $22.50/hr
Weekly pay
Schedule
- 2nd Shift - Monday–Friday – 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
- 3rd Shift - Tuesday–Saturday - 12:00 AM–8:30 AM
Paid Training: Approximately 2 weeks on 1st shift
- Monday–Friday – 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Training is paid before transitioning to your assigned shift.
What You’ll Do
- Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks, walk-behind stackers, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials
- Supply production lines with materials
- Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
- Inspect materials and report quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety, GMP, warehouse, and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Comfortable learning and operating different types of equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY
