Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Onsite in Holland, MI

Position Summary
As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in the movement of materials in our facility. You’ll support production, shipping, and receiving to keep operations on track, while making safety and quality your top priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety policies, quality guidelines, and company standards.
- Move, gather, and distribute products based on schedules, work orders, and customer requirements.
- Place materials in their proper locations—racks, shelves, or bins—by size, type, style, color, or code.
- Assemble and palletize customer orders.
- Mark and record materials with identifying information.
- Load and unload both palletized and non-palletized products from trailers.
- Use both manual and automated material handling equipment—including driving required vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse computer software.
- Follow all hygiene, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
- Support operations by performing other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Required:
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written) with team and management.
- Ability to read and use warehouse computer systems.
- Willingness to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and license to drive material handling equipment.

- Relevant warehouse or material handling experience (5-10 years preferred).
- Relevant warehouse or material handling experience (5-10 years preferred).
- Physical:
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs (occasionally), 30 lbs (frequently).
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear, and see continuously.
- Frequent climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and carrying.
- Potential exposure to varying temperatures (0–120°F), dust, dirt, and occasional high noise.
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs (occasionally), 30 lbs (frequently).
