What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:
- Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods according to operational plans and customer demand.
- Following established operating procedures and maintaining accurate training records.
- Sustaining a smooth flow of materials and ensuring on-time completion of work orders.
- Executing assembly tasks under supervision while troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements.
- Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives and recommending quality improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to solve problems and maintain quality focus.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times.
- Assisting in training new team members as necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess 0-2 years of relevant experience (experience in a regulated industry is preferred).
- Are proficient with Microsoft applications.
- Have experience with hand tools (a plus).
- Can stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and frequently bend, kneel, and reach.
- Are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
