Job Posting: Assembly Operator (100% Onsite)
Location: Loveland, CO 80538
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr M-F 6am to 2:30pm
About the Role
Our company is seeking a dedicated contractor to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. You will play a vital role in aligning, calibrating, and testing hardware components, executing varied assembly and testing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position and requires strict adherence to operational plans and industry regulations.

- Familiarity with hand tools
Key Responsibilities
- Read, write, and speak fluent English to comprehend SOPs and work instructions
- Execute tasks per standard operating procedures, with supervision when needed
- Maintain appropriate training records and follow established operation procedures
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate as necessary, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements
- Learn and actively participate in the company’s lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
- Maintain a safe and clean work area according to procedure
- Train new team members as needed
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate production records
Physical Demands
- Stand for prolonged periods (80% of shift)
- Frequently talk, hear, use hands for assembly, and reach above shoulder height and below the waist
- Read and speak English fluently
- Lift and maneuver components up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Frequently bend, kneel, and sit to meet production goals
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO) preferred
