Direct Hire
Pay: $30-35/hr based on experience
Shift: 6:30am-7:05pm or 6:30pm-7:05am
Rotating Schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off
 

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

  • Maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting site machinery, equipment, and property to ensure optimal performance and safety

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting quality checks, and documenting all activities in maintenance tracking systems

  • Identifying, repairing, and replacing machine parts; resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

  • Following and enforcing company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards such as 6S, GMP, BOS, and ISO

  • Participating in team meetings and collaborating effectively with peers

  • Reporting unsafe conditions and food safety issues promptly

  • Monitoring equipment reliability and minimizing scrap levels

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with previous maintenance and repair experience

  • Hold a 2-year technical degree or have equivalent work experience (preferred)

  • Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible regarding job assignments

  • Are committed to continuous learning and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Have basic computer proficiency for documentation and tracking

  • Can physically stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (70 lbs. with assistance), and perform climbing, bending, kneeling, and handling of tools and machine parts

  • Are comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights up to 20 feet

  • Hold an Associate Degree (preferred); Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
