Direct Hire
Pay: $45-50/hr based on experience
Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday
 

What’s a typical day as Senior Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

  • Maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting site machinery, equipment, and property to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including quality checks and timely documentation in maintenance tracking systems.

  • Identifying, repairing, and replacing machine parts while resolving mechanical, electrical (including high voltage), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

  • Supporting adherence to all safety, food safety, and quality standards, and enforcing policies such as 6S, GMP, BOS, and ISO.

  • Attending team meetings, collaborating with peers, and contributing to a high standard of workmanship.

  • Reporting unsafe conditions and food safety issues promptly and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with prior maintenance and repair experience; a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

  • Have experience with Sidel Series equipment, pneumatics, high-voltage electrical systems, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

  • Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and open to coaching, mentoring, and potential leadership opportunities (especially with 15+ years of experience).

  • Are committed to continuous learning, have strong interpersonal and basic computer skills, and can document work activities accurately.

  • Can meet the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly (70 lbs. with assistance), frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces or at heights up to 20 feet.
