Pay Rate: $23.50/hour
Shift: 1st—Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required

Position Overview
Kelly is seeking a dedicated Logistics Technician to join our client’s Logistics Team in Waltham, MA. This on-site role supports shipping, receiving, and lab operations to ensure accurate handling and movement of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship finished goods for domestic and international customers

  • Print and apply labels for manufactured components

  • Assemble completed components into finished goods and stock in inventory management systems

  • Conduct inventory spot checks, manage digital and physical transaction requests, warehouse transfers, issuance requests, and digital scrap requests

  • Support overall inventory/material control to meet customer expectations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Proven organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments (such as retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing)

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

  • Able to stand for 60-90% of the work shift
