Shift: 1st—Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm

Position Overview
Kelly is seeking a dedicated Logistics Technician to join our client’s Logistics Team in Waltham, MA. This on-site role supports shipping, receiving, and lab operations to ensure accurate handling and movement of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship finished goods for domestic and international customers
- Print and apply labels for manufactured components
- Assemble completed components into finished goods and stock in inventory management systems
- Conduct inventory spot checks, manage digital and physical transaction requests, warehouse transfers, issuance requests, and digital scrap requests
- Support overall inventory/material control to meet customer expectations
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Proven organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments (such as retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing)
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for 60-90% of the work shift
