Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay: $25/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:30 AM flexible start
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary

Growing company seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk to support billing, invoicing, and business-to-business collections. This role will be approximately 50% billing/invoicing and 50% collections, with some order entry  responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, service orders, and billing documentation.

  • Submit invoices through customer portals and verify POs.

  • Handle B2B collections and follow up on outstanding/aged receivables.

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer disputes.

  • Provide invoice copies and respond to customer billing questions.

  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate customer/account information.

  • Research account and payment information in SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

  • Assist with process improvements and other AR-related duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, and/or collections.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.

  • SAP or other ERP experience preferred, but open to candidates with other systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
