Pay: $25/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:30 AM flexible start
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary
Growing company seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk to support billing, invoicing, and business-to-business collections. This role will be approximately 50% billing/invoicing and 50% collections, with some order entry responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, service orders, and billing documentation.
- Submit invoices through customer portals and verify POs.
- Handle B2B collections and follow up on outstanding/aged receivables.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Provide invoice copies and respond to customer billing questions.
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate customer/account information.
- Research account and payment information in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist with process improvements and other AR-related duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, and/or collections.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred, but open to candidates with other systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
