Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Fife, WA. Candidates must have experience operating or be willing to be trained on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) and/or Sit-Down Forklifts.
This is a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring strong attention to safety, reliability, and flexibility with scheduling and training.
Job Duties
- Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and/or Sit-Down Forklift
- Move, load, unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Transport products and materials safely and efficiently
- Pick and stage materials for shipment
- Verify quantities, labels, and product information
- Assist with receiving and shipping activities
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Inspect products and materials for damage or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all PIT, warehouse, PPE, and safety procedures
- Complete required forklift/PIT training and certification
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned
Training & Schedule
Forklift Candidate Vetting:
- September 1–2, 2026 at 11:00 AM
PIT Certification / On-the-Job Training:
- September 3–4, 2026
- Training begins at 11:00 AM
- Training may run until approximately 9:00 PM
- Candidates must be available and flexible for required training.
Night Shift Options
Option 1: Beginning September 9, 2026
- Sunday–Thursday
- 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Option 2: Beginning September 10, 2026
- Monday–Friday
- 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Important: Candidates must be flexible with early shift start times on Fridays and Sundays, as schedules may vary based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
- Experience with an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) or Sit-Down Forklift preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required PIT/forklift training
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Flexibility with scheduled training and shift times
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $21.80/hour
Location: Fife, WA
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday OR Monday–Friday, depending on placement
Hours: Generally 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
