Pay Rate: $42.00 – $46.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Kelly® is seeking an experienced and passionate Harness Technician to join the Harness Prototyping team at our client. If you have a strong understanding of electrical circuits and hands-on wiring experience, this is your opportunity to have a real impact on the future of mobility technology!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manufacture and rework wire harnesses (both large and small) and build complex electrical assemblies with minimal instruction

  • Perform wiring reworks and troubleshoot on vehicles and test assets

  • Assist in root cause analysis and repair of components returned from the field or testing

  • Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on new assemblies

  • Balance multiple projects and adapt quickly to sudden changes in priority

  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace; use appropriate PPE at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years related experience, or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of hands-on job experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Able to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wirelists, and formboards

  • Experienced with hand and power tools; diagnostic tools, SMT/PTH soldering, DVOM, power supplies, and oscilloscopes

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability

  • IPC-620 Certification or direct wire harness manufacturing experience preferred

Bonus Qualifications:

  • ASE certification(s)

  • EPA 609 certification

  • Basic Solidworks or CATIA skills

  • Automotive high voltage experience/training

  • Fabrication experience
