Pay Rate: $42.00 – $46.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Kelly® is seeking an experienced and passionate Harness Technician to join the Harness Prototyping team at our client. If you have a strong understanding of electrical circuits and hands-on wiring experience, this is your opportunity to have a real impact on the future of mobility technology!
What You’ll Do:
- Manufacture and rework wire harnesses (both large and small) and build complex electrical assemblies with minimal instruction
- Perform wiring reworks and troubleshoot on vehicles and test assets
- Assist in root cause analysis and repair of components returned from the field or testing
- Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on new assemblies
- Balance multiple projects and adapt quickly to sudden changes in priority
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace; use appropriate PPE at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years related experience, or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of hands-on job experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wirelists, and formboards
- Experienced with hand and power tools; diagnostic tools, SMT/PTH soldering, DVOM, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- IPC-620 Certification or direct wire harness manufacturing experience preferred
Bonus Qualifications:
- ASE certification(s)
- EPA 609 certification
- Basic Solidworks or CATIA skills
- Automotive high voltage experience/training
- Fabrication experience
