? Pay Rate: $20.52 per hour?
? Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM?
? Occasional Saturdays Required?
? Steel-Toe Boots Required

Position Summary
Purina Feed is seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Operators to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor processes, record production data, and help ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality animal nutrition products.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing and learn a variety of production processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including packers, palletizers, mixers, pellet mills, forklifts, and related machinery.
Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
Monitor equipment performance and make basic process adjustments as needed.
Accurately record and report production information.
Maintain product quality standards and support production goals.
Follow all safety policies, GMPs, and company procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable attendance and excellent punctuality.
Flexible and willing to work overtime or occasional Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Skills
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
Forklift experience.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple production processes.

Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements.
Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and production equipment.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
