Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Shift: B Shift Sun–Tuesday then every other Wednesday 7pm–7am

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Performing manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and packaging activities for high-quality medical devices.
- Operating machines and ensuring safety and good housekeeping.
- Conducting visual inspection and testing, reporting data, and coordinating with technical staff for machine issues.
- Trimming and clipping excess plastic, picking up parts, packaging, and completing paperwork to GMP standards.
- Supporting core values such as customer orientation, integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
- Providing relief for coworkers during breaks and assisting with other duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years old (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
- Have reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
- Are willing to learn new skills—no manufacturing experience required.
- Demonstrate flexibility and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Are able to follow standardized procedures and maintain compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
