Pay Rate/Compensation: $30-35/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Performing preventive maintenance and general repairs on facility auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, and transformers.
• Monitoring, inspecting, and testing fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems.
• Conducting general grounds maintenance to ensure a safe and presentable facility.
• Participating in installation projects and facility modifications as needed.
• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate’s degree and/or technical certifications are preferred).
• Bring a minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics within a manufacturing or production facility.
• Possess basic electrical troubleshooting skills and can interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Have experience with auxiliary industrial support equipment (chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc.).
• PLC knowledge and fabrication experience are a plus.
