Location: Denton, TX 76207
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Regular schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Rotating 12-hour schedule on a two-week cycle

  • Three to four workdays per week, with varying days and weekend rotation

Job Summary

The Assembler IV supports and leads daily assembly activities for cabinets, bays, and telecommunications equipment. This role helps ensure production meets quality, schedule, and cost objectives while coordinating with Engineering, Order Management, Logistics, and Assembly Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assembly work assignments and support department productivity and quality goals.

  • Coordinate materials, staffing, schedules, overtime, and coverage with the Assembly Manager.

  • Ensure products are built according to customer, industry, and quality standards.

  • Address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate concerns as needed.

  • Maintain accurate production and time records.

  • Train employees on required skills and support certification and training records.

  • Identify process improvements that enhance quality, schedule, and cost performance.

  • Participate in and lead weekly assembly meetings.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field, plus two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Electronics experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work non-standard hours, stand for extended periods, and lift or push up to 40 pounds.

  • No travel required. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
