Job details

We are looking for Assembly workers for a client in Taunton, MA. 

  • Shift: 8-4:30pm

  • Pay: $20 

Responsibilities:

This position is vital in ensuring that high-quality medical products are manufactured, assembled, and packaged.

  • Conduct assembly, packaging, and secondary operation manufacturing tasks as assigned

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, ISO, environmental requirements, and company policies

  • Follow all safety guidelines

  • Maintain a high level of production accuracy and quality

  • Accurately track individual manufacturing output and report to the Floor Manager

  • Follow secondary operation procedures and quality instructions for assigned job orders

  • Work effectively both independently and within a team environment

  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure only high-quality products are produced and shipped

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly changing work environment

  • Perform delicate and repetitive tasks with accuracy

  • Use various machines and hand tools as needed

  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints (preferred)

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience 

  • Ability to comprehend work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanship

  • Able to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal and written instructions

  • Skilled in handling small and delicate parts

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

  • Basic mathematical aptitude required
