Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Client Account Specialist to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused, goal-oriented professional who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, solving problems, and working toward measurable targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and discuss payment options
  

• Follow up on outstanding balances and work toward successful recovery
  

• Research customer information and perform basic skip tracing when required
  

• Maintain accurate account notes and customer history in the collections system
  

• Follow client guidelines and company procedures
  

• Work toward individual and team collection targets
  

• Review accounts and determine appropriate next steps for recovery
  

• Prepare documentation when accounts require further action
  

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collection goals

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client support, or call centre. 
  

• High school diploma required
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  

• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  

• Professional and confident when communicating with customers
  

• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales, performance, or customer service targets
  

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  

• Paralegal education is an asset, but not required

• $43,000–$45,000 annual salary + uncapped commission
