Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $48 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (6a.m. – 3p.m.), Potential Overtime Required, Must be willing to flex and support variable shifts as needed

What’s a typical day as Quality Engineer? You’ll be:
- Supporting the Quality Services Team through all factory engineering processes
- Performing in-line inspection, tool & gauge asset management, and GD&T analysis/CMM inspection
- Managing non-conformance processing and containment activities
- Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Management to ensure process compliance
- Leveraging SAP, NCCA, DNCM, and other tools to process and complete work efficiently
- Supporting shop floor staff in coordinating containment and inspection activities
- Providing daily report-out documentation and ensuring effective communication on prioritization and completed work
- Maintaining process documentation and control
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Bring a can-do attitude and are willing to engage, learn, and adapt to the evolving needs of the business
- Have strong experience in manufacturing environments
- Are proficient in basic office applications (MS Suite)
- Are local to East Moline, IL, and able to work on-site (metatarsal boots required on Day 1)
- Are able to work on a W2 contract basis (no C2C)
- Are not in need of visa sponsorship now or in the near future
Preferred but not required:
- Background in GD&T
- Experience with CMM programming
- Familiarity with ISO standards
- Skill in data & analytics tool creation
