Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $45 – $49 per hour (W2 contract only)
Shift:
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Overtime required, Weekend coverage required based on production needs, off-shift operations

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Engineer (3rd Shift Welding Manufacturing Engineer)? You’ll be:
- Supporting 3rd shift production operations to maintain uptime and productivity.
- Assisting operators, maintenance teams, and salaried staff with production issues.
- Troubleshooting Manufacturing Execution System (MES), automated, and manual welding processes.
- Training operators on equipment and processes.
- Supporting the implementation and execution of new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Participating in process improvement and project-related activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience with manual and robotic welding systems (Fanuc robotics experience preferred).
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills for automated and manual manufacturing processes.
- Are comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or changing situations.
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong documentation and follow-up skills.
